What is the Leadership Mosaic 360?

The Leadership Mosaic is a 360-degree feedback instrument built on gothamCulture's Mosaic Performance Framework. It surfaces a leader's strengths and growth edges across every relationship that matters — supervisors, peers, direct reports, and self — and shows where the leader's own view and everyone else's line up and where they diverge. Where the comparison pool is large enough, it adds percentile ranks against leaders from other organizations. So you don't just see scores — you see where you stand.

What you get

Confidential 360-degree feedback

The leader being assessed nominates supervisors, peers, direct reports, and others. Peer, direct-report and other feedback is pooled so no one can be singled out, which lets people be candid. Supervisors are the exception: up to two are named in the report, because the leader knows who they report to.

Standardized items

Item wording and scales are locked across every survey we run, so results are comparable across leaders and over time. Where the comparison pool is large enough, your report adds percentile ranks against leaders from other organizations.

A personalized, presentation-ready report

When responses are in, download a fully designed PowerPoint report with overall scores, self-vs-others gap analysis, question-level detail and, where the comparison pool is large enough, percentile rankings. Present it as is or save it as a PDF.

Optional 90-minute debrief

Add a $250 debrief and an executive coach will walk the leader through their report — interpreting patterns, surfacing themes, and identifying next steps.

    A wizard walks you through assigning each survey — for yourself or for someone else. We email each subject a private link to begin.

    Collect feedback

    The subject completes a self-assessment and invites raters. Raters get their own confidential survey link. Most projects close in 1–3 weeks.

    Get the report

    Once enough responses are in, download your Leadership Mosaic report as a designed PowerPoint deck. If you bought a debrief, your coach will reach out to schedule.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the whole process take?+
Most projects close in 1–3 weeks from launch — that's how long it usually takes raters to respond. The subject can complete their self-assessment in about 15 minutes; raters take 10–15 minutes each.
Is rater feedback anonymous?+
For everyone except supervisors, yes. Peer, direct-report and other responses are pooled by group so no specific person can be identified; where fewer than three people in a group respond, their scores roll into “All Others” and their comments are left out. Supervisor feedback is deliberately different: up to two supervisors are named next to their feedback in the leader's report, because the leader knows who they report to. The privacy notice every rater accepts before responding says so.
How many raters does the subject need?+
We recommend at least three per category (peers, direct reports, etc.) — that's the threshold below which a category doesn't get its own breakdown in the report (their input is still rolled into the overall score). More is better; five to seven per category is ideal.
Can I customize the survey?+
The standardized Leadership Mosaic items are locked because changing wording would break comparisons across leaders, over time, and with leaders from other organizations. You can add custom open-ended questions for $25.00 each (up to 5 per survey). For anything else, click Request Assistance in the dashboard and the team will help.
What does the debrief include?+
A 90-minute 1:1 video session with an executive coach who walks the subject through their full report — interpreting themes, surfacing strengths and growth edges, and helping plan specific next steps. Once a survey with a debrief launches, your coach reaches out directly to schedule.
Can I buy for multiple people at once?+
Yes. On the form below, choose how many surveys you want. After checkout you'll set each one up for the right subject — yourself, a teammate, a whole leadership team.
What happens after I pay?+
Stripe sends you a receipt by email. We auto-create your account using the email you provided, sign you in, and drop you into a setup wizard where you assign each survey to its subject and launch when ready.
Refunds?+
We'll refund any unused surveys that haven't been launched. Once a survey has gone out to raters we can't refund it. Email info@gothamculture.com to request a refund.
